I am pleased to be able to report that your employee, Tracy Paxton, was very impressive in his work performance at the First Presbyterian Church in Warren. His skill level was excellent, his demeanor was professional, and he was dedicated to the project. When problems were incurred he could be counted upon to reach the correct solution. I believe you are fortunate to have such an employee with his frame of dedication. It is indeed pleasing as a customer to find such a fine employee on the project. Thank you.
You should also be pleased to know that children from the Warren community will be filing into the Day Care tomorrow.
Respectfully,
Tom Osborn

On behalf of the Seneca Gaming Corporation Board of Directors and executive team, we want to thank you for your role in making our vision a reality.
The opening of our new casino property is an exciting milestone and the product of countless hours of planning, preparation, and hard work by an extensive team of individuals. We were fortunate to have exceptional partners, notably the many contractors and sub-contractors, who played a role in completing this latest project. RE: Seneca Buffalo Creek Design/Build Parking Ramp
Dear Valued designers, Subcontractors & Suppliers
This letter is to express LPCiminelli’s gratitude for your contributions to the successful completion of the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino Parking Ramp. On 8/1/13, our team was able to turn over the 4 Level, 248,000 SF, 715 Car Parking Ramp to Seneca Gaming Corporation. The Ramp was a key part of the Casino’s Grand Opening on 8/27/13, as Seneca Nation dignitaries, local officials, and famous faces from Western New York celebrated on the Ramp’s roof with food, drinks, Native entertainment, and fireworks display. Without your hard work and dedication, none of this would have been possible.
Please see attached letter from Seneca Gaming Corporation expressing their thanks.
Again, thank you for your contributions and I look forward to working with you all in the future.
Sincerely,
LPCiminelli Construction Corp.

Re: University of Rochester B2100 Pharmacy Relocation Project
Dear Mr. Lynn,
The Pike Company would like to thanks you for the great job that your company did on the Pharmacy project at the University of Rochester. We had a rough start with the difficult and complicated coordination that was required from the subs, but your entire team should be proud of the way that they handled themselves on this job.
I would like to specifically thank Deb for being responsive to the needs of The Pike Company and the University Fire Marshall. She did a great job dealing with numerous shutdowns that had to be arranged to fit the University’s schedule.
I would like to thank Tom for his professional conduct in the field. He demonstrated that he could perform all of the work in a timely manner and he was straightforward and honest about the amount of time he needed for completion. Also, not only did he have a great understanding of Code requirements, but he anticipated the owner’s future needs. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable on this project. I would like him to be a part of our team an all future projects.
We look forward to working with Allied again, if you have any questions, please feel free to call us at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Michael Spooner

Re: Art Park and Company, Inc.
Dear Bonny,
I wanted to touch base with you relating to the sprinkler flushing at Artpark. The two techs that did the work, Eric Yager and Kalen Bennett, were outstanding. Very professional and considerate of the people that worked in the building. Please let the owner know and their supervisors know that we were completely impressed and will highly recommend Allied Fire Protection as a result of their performance!
Thanks again for all your help in coordinating this.
Sincerely,
